EXHIBITOR’S COST

Exhibitors Receive:

  1. Four (4) big days to promote, sell and showcase their products or services to thousands of home improvement buyers in a home and garden, lawn and leisure extravaganza.
  2. Exhibit space of their choice. Each customer/homeowner coming to Dream Home Expo will walk by the exhibitor’s booth at least one time. Please go to layout of show to see traffic flow.
  3. Receive as many free tickets to dream home expo as needed.  Tickets are used for promotional use only.  This is how you will receive your free tickets.  You will receive an email with a coupon that will state, “Two free tickets to Dream Home Expo, the ultimate home and garden, lawn and leisure show located at the Lake County Fairgrounds, Painesville Twp. May 22-25, 2015.”  It would also state to redeem the coupon at the ticket office of Dream Home Expo for the two free tickets. This electronic coupon can then be forwarded to your loyal customers, potential customers, etc. or the coupon can be printed out to mail or hand out to your customers.  Note: Your Company can give all consumers that visit your Company website 2 free tickets to Dream Home Expo by placing the coupon on your website that the consumer can download and print.   This way your Company can send or give as many free tickets as needed.
  4. Website exposure. Our website, www.DreamHomeExpo.info  will be in all of our advertising and public relations and will state, “Go to for a complete listing of all exhibitors who are giving away free tickets to Dream Home Expo.” Plus, the Exhibitor’s company name, address, phone number and website will be on as a hyperlink no later than April 6, 2015 and will remain on the website for six months.
  5. Free vendor passes to exhibitor for sole use of exhibitor’s employees working at booth. Passes wil be handed out on setup date.
  6. Opportunity for time on stage. We will promote your time on stage over the public address system at the Lake County Fairgrounds. We will also list your company’s show/seminar with dates and times on www.DreamHomeExpo.info . Note: This is on a first come, first serve basis. There will be two stages. We will add a third stage depending on demand.
  7. One free electrical hookup.
  8. Free parking close to event. Check layout of show to see where exhibitor’s park

 

 

Save $100.00 off your booth space if you . . . . .

  • Reserve your booth space before January 31, 2015 or
  • Advertise with any of our media partners or
  • Give a donation to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank or
  • Are a better business bureau accredited business or a nari member.
  • Deadline to participate in this year’s Dream Home Expo is February 13, 2015

Cost to Exhibitors:

  1. Food Vendor/Restaurants: $1,000 outside on midway 15 x 30 space, two free electrical hookups of 110, 20 amps or one 220 hookup.
  2. All other Vendors: $800 outside on midway 20 x 30 space with one free electrical hookup of 110 volt 20 amps.
  3. Vendor space inside buildings: $800 10 x 10 with one free electrical hookup of 110 volt 6 amps.
  4. There is a $50.00 charge for any extra electrical hookups.
  5. Payment terms:  A minimum payment of 50% is required upon signing of the contract with the entire balance due on or before April 21, 2015. 

Note: In regards to building #3 – space number 1 – 18 there is a wall behind your exhibit space. Booths #55-72 there is a wall behind your exhibit space. In the middle of the building there is a curtain that goes from one end of the building to the other. There are curtains behind exhibit spaces #19-#36 and also behind exhibit spaces #37-54. The curtain will be at least 8 feet high.

Note: In regards to building #5 – There is a wall behind all exhibit spaces.

Note: In regards to building #7 – Booths #1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12 – there is a curtain behind your exhibit space. Exhibit space #4-9 there is a wall behind your booths and there is a little picket fence 3 ft high in front.

All exhibitors can plug their own electrical cords into the outlets.

All exhibitors must have a GFI surge protector and fire department approved extension cords - Up to 50 ft extension cord for the inside booth spaces and 100 ft extension cord for the outside booth spaces.
